What are these weird markings on the floor?

Hey everyone, question regarding these markings on the floor, do they mean anything? I had a bit of an accident with a pit kiln and noticed these on the floor. I was hoping it might indicate some ores or resources underground.

That is the changing of seasons.  When fall comes those colors will start introducing yellows, oranges and reds.
