The stone embellishments you've added that separate the ground floor from the rest give it a sort of early 1960's Chicago high-rise apartment. Or at least, that's how it looks to me . I would love to see more buildings made in a similar style next to it.

I really like the use of wooden stairs between floors for detail and depth. I agree with Astimoss, it would fit in wonderfully in a city setting of similar style.
