We're still getting plenty of them. Might be a mod altering something because that seems too many for bad luck.

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came...

I think we had a similar problem with the Level Up mod installed in our last playthru. We had to save, exit, and reload the game to get harvesting animals to work properly.

There is a mod for Meteoric Steel that works quite well. I use it to make the falx and armor, but otherwise stick to normal steel for the rest of our tools. (Though I did make an Uber-shovel, axe, and hoe for big jobs). I make us each one set of tools with Meteoric Iron, but otherwise only use it for a few lanterns for myself, my elk, and my sailboat. The rest get turned into Meteoric Steel.

The book titles on the books, instead of "Orange" or "Purple." We finally did the Resonance Archives again, and trying to get all those books, in order, on the bookshelves takes far more effort than it needs to. I can see having it an "orange book" before you read it, but after it should show the book title and chapter when you hover over it.

There is a mod, but it hasn't been updated yet, as far as I know. Lifeways Cacao

I haven't found any in the wild yet, though I did replace some Beautyberry bushes with Cloudberry in a greenhouse using Creative mode (I like the lower profile better). The Cloudberry bushes, for part of their lifecycle, have a giant flat white sheet with a red question mark on them. Like the question mark cube, but flat like a sheet of paper. These are the only berry bushes having this issue. Is this because they're not actually in the game yet, or something else? Anybody else have this issue?

Get rid of the red cannot knapp here message when adding flint to a bloomery. Still would like to have the ability to chisel in small amounts of (running) water for fountains instead of huge water blocks. Snow shouldn't build up if it's not actively snowing. Could make an argument for wind, but if wind is blocked by a building (or whatever), there shouldn't be buildup. It would be nice to see a bit more realistic fluctuation in temperatures. It's not always oppressively hot in summer and below freezing in winter. I'd like to see a way to attach a new kind of lantern to a gear, or a hood that spins with an amplifying lens to make realistic lighthouses. Something that would make the light into a cone, and spin.

If it's too big, you may need to wall part off and put in a door/trapdoor. Chiseling too much of the wrong thing will also cause it to not count as a room without a mod to mitigate that.

I had 8 out of 14 iron tools disintegrate on the first quench. I was pissed. Since then, the numbers had been a lot lower, but I downloaded LadyWYT's mod because it's too much effort for no return otherwise. It would be one thing if they broke and you could repair them, but losing out completely sucks (especially with steel). Love your mod @LadyWYT!

Happened to me as well. 6 different fruit bushes lining the walls by my front door, all lost their traits. All had the +15% and some had other positive traits too (my strawberry had 3 positive and no negative). I have not updated yet, still on 1.22.3

I noticed the same thing, and am currently working on getting them to Gen 3 before trying again. I spent waaaay too much time trying to get milk with no success.

From my testing of that in my last world, you have to start with the paper lantern/light block and chisel something else onto it, or it will not count as a light source. I added a bit of paper lanterns to the middle of ashlar blocks above my cooking pots at one of my bases, but it didn't count as light. When I started with the lanterns, then chiseled them down and chiseled in ashlar blocks around them, they did count as a light. That was 1.21.5, though.
