Flatpak not updating to version 1.22.7

I've been trying to install the latest update for Vintage Story, I'm on Linux Mint and I've tried manually updating using the terminal and software manager, both of which either just install 1.22.6 or say there isn't an update at all, any idea if it's just an issue with the flatpak release or if it's just something I'm not understanding, I've wiped and reinstalled a few times now.

I have reached the point where any time something happens in Linux that I don't understand, I just ask ChatGPT.  Sadly.
The big advantage is that you can then demand that it explain everything, instead of just reproducing the "magic words" that some smug ass gives you on a forum.  Assuming that the smug ass even knows what they are talking about in the first place.

Flatpack releases for Vintage Story are routinely late, and you're not the first to notice that this one has seemingly been forgotten. Hopefully the devs notice this thread, or the complaint another user made in the 1.22.7 thread earlier.

That's honestly kind of tragic to hear, I'm glad it's not just me dealing with this so I know I'm not crazy. Oh well, sticking to 1.22.6 for the time being then.

Yeah, I am waiting for the flatpack to update. doesnt seem like im missing too much playing 1.22.6 vs 1.22.7. hopefully it gets updated soon though.

I just dont bother with flatpacks. When there is an update, I download the compressed file, and update the version I got.
