CHollman82 Posted March 23, 2021 Report Posted March 23, 2021 (edited) I FINALLY found enough cassiterite to make an ingot... but now I realize I actually wanted to make a tin bronze ingot, not a tin ingot. I have plenty of copper bars and one tin bar, can I get from there to a tin bronze bar or do I have to go find more cassiterite ore to combine with copper ore in the crucible? TristamIzumi Posted March 23, 2021 Report Posted March 23, 2021 Yep, throw the tin ingot and 9 ingots worth of copper nuggets into a crucible and fire it again. It'll take longer to process, but that should get you the 90%/10% split needed for tin bronze.
Streetwind Posted March 23, 2021 Report Posted March 23, 2021 (edited) Yes, you can combine ingots as well. Due to the alloy ratio, it'll have to be 9 copper ingots to your one tin ingot. EDIT: wow, sniped Edited March 23, 2021 by Streetwind
