Game suddenly not loading and crashes.

Suddenly my game just crashes a loading screen I don't get an error message just never completes loading. Game was running fine.  I don't have any mods installed, can I re-verify installation as it stands not sure what to do.

You should get a crash log (and most likely a button in game that will open said log).  See what the log says.  If you need help with reading the log, post it here and one of the techie people here will help.
