Kolyenka Posted August 17, 2022 Report Posted August 17, 2022 Not sure if I'm missing something obvious or not, but I've been looking for tapestries in the creative menu and not seeing them. I want some tapestries on the walls of something I'm building. Can I spawn them in (and if so, how) ? My only other idea is to go into spectator mode and look for ruins with tapestries, but I feel like that would take a pretty long time. Or spawn in a bunch of artisan traders and give myself gears, maybe. Would be great if there's a more straightforward way to do it, though...
Professor Dragon Posted August 19, 2022 Report Posted August 19, 2022 (edited) No, you're not missing anything. Maybe they're left out because they give away Lore? (Don't know). In any case, they're not directly on the Creative menu tabs. As you suspected, the closest that you have in the Creative menu tabs is to spawn in a merchant under the "Creatures" tab and then trade with them. Falco Posted June 25, 2025 Report Posted June 25, 2025 (edited) Example /giveblock game:tapestry-north{"type":"tempstorm11"} 1 s[] Enable developer mode with extended debug info in settings. Hover over an existing tapestry in your inventory with the mouse to get the "type" attribute. I don't have a list. Edited June 25, 2025 by Falco 1

I went and pulled up the list of tapestryGroups as of 1.21.4 to post here for everyone's convenience Quote ["notice-blackguard"], [ "holy1", "schematic-c1", "schematic-c-bloody1", "forlorn1", "eidolon1", "return1", "rickbat1", "temporality1"], [ "holy2", "schematic-c2", "schematic-c-bloody2", "forlorn2", "eidolon2", "return2", "rickbat2", "temporality2"], ["diet1", "contracts1"], ["diet2", "contracts2"], [ "rot1", "ambush1", "nightfall1", "seraphim1", "themorning1"], [ "rot2", "ambush2", "nightfall2", "seraphim2", "themorning2"], [ "rot3", "ambush3", "nightfall3", "seraphim3", "themorning3"], ["oldworld1"], ["oldworld2"], ["oldworld3"], [ "salvation11", "schematic-a11", "schematic-b11", "schematic-d11", "rotbeast11", "blackguard11", "tempstorm11", "translocator11"], [ "salvation12", "schematic-a12", "schematic-b12", "schematic-d12", "rotbeast12", "blackguard12", "tempstorm12", "translocator12"], [ "salvation21", "schematic-a21", "schematic-b21", "schematic-d21", "rotbeast21", "blackguard21", "tempstorm21", "translocator21"], [ "salvation22", "schematic-a22", "schematic-b22", "schematic-d22", "rotbeast22", "blackguard22", "tempstorm22", "translocator22"], ["gate1"], ["gate2"], ["gate3"], ["gate4"], 1
