I experienced this crash after a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, installing mono and trying to run VintageStory,exe using mono. The solution is to install libopenal-dev sudo apt install libopenal-dev After that everything runs fine. Maybe this will help other people as well. Cheers! Rob
