    wow i severely underestimated how HORRIBLE it would be to implement these restart announcements w/o using my announcer, this sucks, i might not get this done for a while

    almost done w/ everything, need to test the default restart announcements now and still need to add the backup stuff, but overall everything left should be p easy, will probably get it done tonight and upload

    still need to work out the logic for the weekly and total unique player counters, and then need to work out the stuff for the default restart announcements(this one shouldddd be p easy), and then i have a bug to work out with it not keeping the announcerconfig file path leading to it asking for it every time, and finally i need to work on the logic for the automatic backup
