My partner and I have been having an issue with the lighting/textures when playing multiplayer specifically when they join me and only they can see them, I have none of the same issues when I join them. All lights held by either player are exceedingly bright, all clear/glass-like textures are black, as are particles and water, and shadows don't show up. We've both uninstalled and reinstalled our games, cleared the caches, and neither of us have any mods installed. Any suggestions as to what we should do?
