do these little symbols have any meaning to them?

Was running around in a new world and came across a ruin with this little symbol on the wall.
Does it direct to anything within the ruin? I dug around for a bit but didn't find anything extra in the walls or flooring.
I'm pretty sure I've seen other ruins with this painted on it in my other worlds too

idk, I've noticed this mark and kind of wondered if it was a pointer to something more, or just a water mark from past water drippings

I'm thinking it's probably just set decoration, though it would be cool if there were hidden marks like that to indicate secrets. It probably also ties into the lore, somehow, though it's probably left up to the players themselves to determine what the marks are and what they could mean.

Maybe in further updates there will be more little symbols and bits of graffiti in the ruins - they add a nice little touch of world building
