Trader cart use?

Good day youall

so only been playing two ish hours and wow this game...

my question is I have found many traders and some have beds, empty chests, and so on... can I use those? can I break down the stuff? i really don't want to try anything just in case it sets off a chain of things... or if I add stuff to the chest and then log and bye bye stuff ♣

You can store stuff in their chests safely on a single player game. Their carts are protected by land claim so you can't take anything, but it's free storage early on.

   thank you kindly!! I have had this game for YEARS! never loaded it (no computer/laptop etc just now got a POS laptop that plays this but not youtube videos lol), also never played MC or any of the others blocker games, Only thing close to this game was called Creativerse and that's so not this in depth as this game. makes me happy, I have other exp with survival games... anywho I know ill be back with yet another noob question heheh ty♣

On rare occassion I have used the bed of a trader.  Fortunately, they are kind souls and don't mind me taking the sole bed for a bit.
