Game crashed. Now it crashes every time I try to launch it

I just bought the game yesterday and put in a few hours of gameplay. Today, I was playing the game normally. (Please note that I have no mods installed at all.) I'd been playing for an hour and was putting in a new floor in my house. All I was doing was breaking dirt blocks. The game crashed. I restarted the game. Another hour or so passes and I go to take a tool from one of my tool racks. The game crashes. I go to restart the game and it crashes again. Now I can't even launch the game.
