1.21 update to my server. My pantry is ruined... all the clay formed items (except jugs) are either gone or the textures are missing.

All the clay formed items (except jugs) are either gone or the textures are missing. These shelves were packed with sealed crocks and the lower items were storage vessels.  What can I do to fix my world after updating to 1.21.  

The only Mods I have are Step-up and Zoom...

The ingot molds and anvil mold are all showing as "?" blocks also.  The bowl I had in my inventory is also just gone, so I'm thinking it's not just a texture issue?

When I updated my world I was prompted to run a command and then restart, which remapped the affected textures and fixed this problem. Did you not get a popup message when you opened this world?

In any case, you should be able to fix it by running 

/fixmapping applyall

And restarting the game.

I did not get that popup.  Are you running that command in game or in the server console?  

In game I just get the message that I do not have the privilege to use that command... I'm feeling very IT ignorant at the moment.

Huh, I guess it treats single player worlds differently from servers? 

I am surprised you don't have permission to run that command in-game on your own server, but I'm not familiar with how VS does user permissions on servers. Hopefully someone more experienced can weigh in.

Shouldn't be a mod issue in this case, and I believe both of those have been updated for 1.21.

So, it's back... I added myself as an admin (probably something I should have done from the beginning) and then the dialogue that @Professor Dragon showed in his post popped up on mine.  Everything is fine, mild panic attack over, life goes on.  Thank you all for the assistance. I tried the fixmapping apply all command, and the game told me that it looks like everything is just fine, but I still have the broken texture blocks like the images above. all my food was in those vessels. what do I do now?
