Bird Hunting / Falconry

An old fashioned sling, and migratory birds would add more fauna and provide a nice challenge trying to hit a small bird in flight with a sling. Falcons could be added and have them attack other small birds / small animals. One could be tamed and used to retrieve small animals (still alive) for farming or grab birds mid flight. 

The sling could be crafted as follows and uses rocks or flint as ammunition.

New birds would have a new meat type, “fowl” or “dark poultry meat” or migratory fowl. Killing a falcon could yield talons, used for jewelry. All new birds will drop feathers, and a small bone pile after harvesting.

Welcome to the forums! There is already a sling in the game--it's a weapon exclusive to the Malefactor class. You can, however, craft one yourself by turning off class-exclusive recipes.

But other than that, falconry would be very cool.

I’m aware of the sling but I figured this would be different enough, I guess they are the same thing. I was thinking something open to any class. See photo.
