Hello, I'm a Thai player interested in playing this game. However, after purchasing and playing it, it wasn't what I expected. I find watching other people play on YouTube more fun, and I would like to request a refund. I'd like to know when the developers will respond and issue the refund. I've been waiting for a day, but haven't received any response. T_T

If it's any consolation, support stuff is pretty quick, I don't think it's uncommon for people to look for a refund, although it's obviously unfortunate that you didn't like the game in the way you expected.

I do not think any of us know the answer to your question. If you do not receive a reply to your support ticket within a few days, perhaps make a post in their discord. Here is the invitation link.
