AvilS Posted December 22, 2025 Report Posted December 22, 2025 Hi, like you can tell I'm new to the game. There is this strange line between clouds that kind of separates them? I'm not sure if it a bug or not, so that's why I'm asking. Maybe it is worth mentioning that I once exited the game while this world was loading. It said that it might be corrupted but fortunately with the in game repair system it loaded smoothly and without any problems. The worst part is that i'm not sure if it was like that before this incident. Any ideas? Perhaps solution? It is more visible in the back here:
TJ Pepler Posted December 22, 2025 Report Posted December 22, 2025 This happens in real life commonly with differences in air pressure and temperature in the upper atmosphere. 3
Michael Gates Posted December 22, 2025 Report Posted December 22, 2025 Are you sure that's not just some of the chunks reloading improperly in the real world? It might happen, you never know. 1

What's most likely going on here is you're standing at the border of two different weather patterns for those chunks. One chunk probably has a higher chance of rain than the other, and is currently experiencing a storm, while the other is not. It's not an uncommon occurrence in the game, but it does look a bit strange when you stumble across situations like this. 1

Cool to know but I don't think it was an intended functionality in this game (although I might be wrong). 3 minutes ago, LadyWYT said: What's most likely going on here is you're standing at the border of two different weather patterns for those chunks. It was just that I noticed it once (it is near my house) and since then it was quite disturbing (thinking it might be my fault or a bug).
