If you don't want the legacy bushes anymore, or want new bushes without starting a new world, the easiest way to get them is probably by switching to creative mode, retrieving the appropriate cuttings/bushes, and then placing them where you'd like before deleting the bushes from your inventory and switching back to survival. You can switch to creative via /gm 2 and to survival via /gm 1. 2
