IAmMoss Posted May 8 Report Posted May 8 I didn't see it in the patch notes, did they make it to where all branchy leaves now drop their items when the tree is chopped down? Playing a new world and i have more sticks than i could ever dream of
Solution magnesium13 Posted May 9 Solution Report Posted May 9 No changes recently, but I find that it varies a lot depending on the tree variety and luck. Pine trees only ever give me like 2 sticks, but birch or oak usually give more even if they're smaller. I think it has to do with the layout of the branchy leaves based on the tree's growth pattern. 1

Oak, maple and walnut tend to produce a ton of sticks per tree compared to other temperate climate trees. 1
