Wind flags/weather vanes

I think it could be really fun to have a little flag and or a weather vane to place on top of roofs that would show you what direction the wind is currently blowing.

It would be cool, but it requires wind direction to be variable first, which will also require overhauls to the current windmill and sailboat mechanics.
