Whiles34 Posted yesterday at 03:25 PM Report Posted yesterday at 03:25 PM Hi all! I’m having a problem in the game where barrel processes aren’t completing. For example, when I try to mix limewater, the water stays in the barrel and the lime remains in the processing slot but limewater is not created. I double-checked the ratios, addition order, broke and replaced the barrel, everything. Also, timed processes — like soaking — also overrun the completion time (eg “1.2 days/24 hours”) without the barrel opening or product appearing. Breaking the barrel returns nothing. I am running a heavily modded game, but my friend is playing most of the same mods and their barrels are working just fine. I tried disabling as many of the mods we do not share as I can, but it’s still not working. I also tried deleting the cache and moving my mods and save folders into a new install, but this didn’t work either. Does anyone have any advice or know of any specific mods that might be causing this problem? Thanks in advance!

Once you've verified vanilla works correctly, then you can re-enable your mods one by one and test as you do so. Make sure you do this on a fresh world, since the old world might be corrupted and you otherwise don't want to break a world you actually play on. It's a tedious process, but it's the best way to figure out which mod is causing the issue if there's no obvious culprit. I would also make sure that all your mods are up-to-date for 1.22. Older mods sometimes work on newer versions, but 1.22 introduced changes that broke a lot of older mods, so out-of-date mods are more likely to cause issues.
Whiles34 Posted 5 hours ago Author Report Posted 5 hours ago Thank you, LadyWYT! I was afraid that I was going to have to do this. It’ll take a while (a lot of mods), but I’ll slog it out. Again, I appreciate your help!
