It appears to be a walking stick with a lantern attached from the Adventurer's Walking Stick mod. 1

Nice find though! This is either an older world, or the devs just haven't gotten around to updating the village berries yet. 2

Yes, I am with around 10 mods! Adventurers walking stick (lite) is in the offhand, and the blue bar is from rustbound magic. That being said, I think its just an oversight at the village Nadiya not having its models updated! The world is new. Either way, cool to see. 1
