When is this game gonna be on steam?

So i watched some gameplays and went to download the game.I saw it wasnt on steam and you have to have paypal to buy it.Bc i didnt have paypal i found pirated version and i played it for few days and really like the concept.Now the pirated version isnt latest version and it doesnt have multiplayer,so when is it gonna be relesed on steam so i can buy the full version and play multiplayer and experience the full game

I'm assuming that since you don't have access to paypal, you also don't have access to a credit card? So you could try getting a prepaid Visa gift card from a CVS/Walmart/Target/Grocery store and then use that in the humble store.
