See here: https://wiki.vintagestory.at/index.php?title=List_of_server_commands#.2Fworldconfig Note that the wiki is not always complete, and is not always correct in everything. For example: some of the settings that show a 0 as the minimum number, like playerHungerSpeed, cannot actually be set to 0. You must be an admin to use these commands (in singleplayer you are always admin). Also, they will only apply the next time the world is reloaded.
