I concur with the others. You seem to want to be banned. Your opinion is coming across as arrogant, entitled and quite immature. "I want this. So you've seen just two updates which was planned to be a single update but because of the unexpected increase of sales had to pivot to add an unplanned focus on performance. So the two updates you've seen are typical of a single update. About half of the implemented items on the roadmap have been completed in the game since 1.14 when I joined. In the 4 years I've played I will unequivocally say that the devs are achieving their vision. Each update typically contains a major new mechanic and a large assortment of minor additions, the exceptions to that are when Tyron and Co. take an update to dejank (1.17) or polish (1.22) the game. Meandering through development? You don't have the longevity of seeing the game develop to say the dev team are meandering. You don't understand the monstrous updates in the past 18 months 1.18 introduced the RA 1.19 introduced a MAJOR rework of world generation 1.20 introduced Chapter 2 AND major upgrades to performance 1.21 completing the content of 1.20 because of pivoting to focus on performance Download 1.16, play through iron age, upgrade to the next version and repeat. Then you might begin to see how the devs are doing a phenomenal job!

Hematite. Magnetite is unlikely to spawn like that because of the restrictive list of host rock magnetite can spawn in.

Multiple veins of iron are possible. They can even overlap. Back in 1.16 cleaned out an iron deposit, did some prospecting around the edges to make sure I had gotten the strays and got a medium result on node search. MEDIUM?! Seriously?!! Dug up just 5 blocks and hit a second deposit of iron. @junawood streamed a similar occurrence a few years ago.

I digress... Trading in that other game is broken. Before coming across VS I set myself the challenge that the only thing I could mine in the overworld was wood, stone and soils, absolutely positively no ores, not coal, not redstone, lapis, etc. All ores had to be bought or farmed (hello golem destruction chamber and terrified testificates). Made the game a slight bit more challenging, but not nearly as enjoyably difficult as VS is.

One can ride an elk, sail a boat aaaaannnnNNNND BAMF! through a translocator. Otherwise it's a whole bunch of walk, run and swim.

A chute can be placed above the small trough and chest on top of the chute to automatically feed chickens without distrubing the brooding hens.

Since Peridotite is an igneous rock it can spawn under the surface layer. Hopefully you will run into a layer of it mining for minerals. I've found that olivine is usually three blocks deep and sometimes four while quartz is rarely three and hardly ever four.

Manually spawning in multiple story sites shouldn't be a problem. Tyron specifically indicated multiple sites aren't a problem so that SMP servers could provide the story experience to multiple parties going to the RA at different times.

None at this time. Best option is to create a new world, jump into creative mode and fly around to view terrain/preload chunks.

Not sure what this means. The words indicate the most utilized mechanic. For me that would be the guy that fixes my car since I don't utilize any other mechanics. Now if pollster meant Least utilized mechanic... That's a different story. That one needs some thought.

Welcome to the forums! Treasure maps purchased from the treasure hunter will ALWAYS result in a chest of some kind. Usually up to 10 blocks below the top block. The treasure is a single block and can be easy to miss.

@Teh Pizza Lady That was my thinking for iron. Since bronze and copper tools have much lower durability, mining by bomb would likely be a net benefit despite the loss.

Real world physics would be that the air pressure on the river would push water into the void. The only way said void would remain dry is if the altitude of the mine exceeded the altitude of the surface of the river.
