I think what gives @dakko the impression that your idea is magic that works with religious based systems is your use of certain words like: While I do believe some of those words have connotative roots in religion, I think they are also Occult and Metaphysical, not exclusively religious. If I'm understanding correctly @Arcane Gunslinger is pitching a much deeper magic system. One that has reason and meaning. A system akin to science. Where there is an explanation for how and why things work. Please correct me if I'm not understanding you properly.

Yo! I did a video thing! I'm not a complete noob, but still am very inexperienced hahaha! Open to feedback, suggestions and my hope is for it to be enjoyable!

So some time last week I was streaming on Twitch. I was trying my hardest to build a Spawn Hall for the server that I want to released when everything's in order. My new friend @Takarias was watching the stream and I invited him on to help build. Well... after I went to bed, he stayed online for another few hours and just refined the entire build. I cannot say I built this interior. It was all him. I picked the color scheme and general layout but he really took my vision and designed a very warm Spawn Hall. Here are the screenshots! I especially love the Window with the server name on it!!! Stay tuned for future build updates to the Spawn Hall! ^-^ Shoutout again to @Takarias he is THE MAN!!

I do enjoy the music, but you're right to mention the volumes fluctuate too much! I normally have music turned off and have some Fantasy Music playing on Spotify!

OOOOOWhat about summons?! Anyone like summons or even automatons like the Golems from Thaumcraft 4(?) Little minions that do your bidding. Or maybe one's that fight on your behalf.

Right! There are so many avenues this could take hahahaha. Already the concept of what Hytale was going to be was satisfying enough. The most exciting part for me was how their appeared to be Tomes that allowed you to shoot spells out of 'em! I'd love to see a magic system like that. Maybe a new class that makes spells and spells scolls which are one time use spells that cost no Mana. They could call it a Spellweaver!

HELLO!!! Welcome to the Forum!! I only started the game about 2 months ago. What i've learned is to prioritize getting the cattails first to get your 4 baskets and acquiring a shelter! The shelter is a little less important if you have the whole grace period where monsters don't spawn for 3 days. After I'd look for some clay! While you'er looking for clay acquire fish and berries for quick meat to cook over a firepit and berries to eat on the go After finding Clay the cookpot is going to be so helpful!

This feature is actually already in the game! ^-^ If you pres 'H' on your keyboard it brings up the "Handbook" and another cool feature of this is if you hold 'SHIFT' and then press 'H' it will give you info about a block your looking at!!

oooo yes! get that Idea Wheel turning Hahaha An immersive Quest system would be incredibly cool. Maybe we can have a Journal that acts as an automatic Quest Log. But that's been done so many times. Maybe we can receive "Quest Flyers" from different NPCs and have a "Satchel" item that makes storing these un-stackable items much easier! Quests are given out once per world so if your multiplayer, maybe you can share quests with other players by just giving them the flyer! I also vote Nay on fixed Maps

The vibe I get from it isn't "Story Based" in my opinion but more so a world Rich with Lore! Lore in the sense of like how Earth has it's history. Different Races and Tribes. It might not have a main story to follow along with, but a History that explains how this all came to be! At least that's how I view it when I hear Fantasy RPG. When I was a child "RPG" always meant Adventure Game with Turn-based fighting mechanics hahahahah now RPG and Fantasy are interchangeable in my dictionary. They sort of go hand-in-hand.
