Maelstrom Posted March 15, 2025 Report Posted March 15, 2025 Makes it easier to see the copper nuggets strewn all about the countryside. 2
LadyWYT Posted March 15, 2025 Report Posted March 15, 2025 Oh...oh no...it took me entirely too long to realize what was going on here. Welcome to Vintage Story! We've all been there a time or two. On the bright side, absolutely nothing can sneak up on you now! 1
Thorfinn Posted March 15, 2025 Report Posted March 15, 2025 Welcome to the forums, @Zombine3996 We've pretty much all done it. Those who haven't probably saw it happen to someone on Youtube. Sorry about the house. Even more that you no longer have a means of giving shivers the slip. 1

As long as you're unarmored, it should be possible to outrun shivers. To my knowledge, the unarmored player is slightly faster. I could be wrong though.
Thorfinn Posted March 15, 2025 Report Posted March 15, 2025 (edited) Huh. Have they slowed them? I could have sworn they were catching me on the pre-releases, but maybe that was because I was stopping too soon, being used to "fast" things like wolves only taking a short sprint to outrun. Guess that would explain why I can evade them. [EDIT] Well, that's good news. I've been clearing the bushes for visibility, but leaving many of the branchy blocks for the obstacles they present to anything that doesn't jump. Edited March 15, 2025 by Thorfinn
MoistureTh31f57 Posted April 20, 2025 Report Posted April 20, 2025 That's rough. I remember when my animal housing got set aflame when I fired up a pit kiln. Those poor chickens.
