In my experience, Tyron posts only occur every few months, when there's concrete news to post. That is, what's getting posted is actually going to be in the game, and not speculation, unless it's otherwise explicitly labeled as such. While that does mean fewer news posts, that does mean the posts we get are a lot more detailed.

the dev team kidnapped him. They needed him for experiments. He will be returned when they have something news-worthy to post, likely here in a month or so. I'm expecting the next update to be a huge one.

I'm thinking the next update is going to expand on Jonas tech, but I could be wrong. It's also about time for another story chapter, but I think that might come update after next.

But I mean...I'm not sure I would really call any of the updates we've had small ones

The Feb devlog stated that 1.23 would be a story chapter. But in the recent Tyron interview. Tyron said that maybe after 1.22 the game will need another feature update. So idk.
