Hearing something breathing...

I KNOW I'm not crazy, I keep hearing something breathing really loudly inside my house. It kind of sounds like a bowtorn, but much, MUCH louder. I've torn up all of the walls and floors inside my house and there's no space for anything to hide in. When I stand in one specific spot, it almost sounds like the noise is just spontaneously coming from where I'm standing. The only mod I have installed is the extra info mod, so it couldn't be a modded entity or anything. If anyone could help end my plight it would be much appreciated

Nah man I think bowtorn actually just hide in walls. This was happening to me in my last world too.

depending on how you built your house dug into a hillside or built it above ground it is most likely right above a cave or behind a wall (if built into a hillside) i have wall where i can hear the mobs on the other side of the wall because there is a cave (built mine into a hillside)

Welcome to the forums! I agree with @Evilel, the most likely cause is a cave somewhere near the area, and the denizens within it are what you're hearing. However, it's also possible that there are deer hanging around and that could be what you're hearing given that they do make soft snuffle-snorting noises.
