We need VS World Painter

I'm suggesting an app or an in-game editor that will allow us to manually create the world, not the one we have now in game. We need an analog of World Painter. It’s a tool that will allow us to draw terrain, rivers, and forests; paint in biomes; add ores; or even manually add single trees. It should have highly customized settings for the world, such as animal spawn rates, fish species, weather, etc. I think it should become a high priority, either for community modders or devs, since it will let people create more, and spend time quickly between updates. I would highly appreciate it, even if a tool would be paid.

Walking before you can run. The game is still in active development with changes and additions and bug fixes being made regularly. Such an all encompassing tool would end up having to reflect that. 

I definitely do not believe this should be a focus for the devs, but I don't speak for them, far better option would be a community created editor, that way the devs can concentrate on the game first and foremost.

I dunno, that modder sounds fishy. I think I'll wait for official support from the devs before using it myself.
