AutumnCreature22344 Posted Tuesday at 11:31 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 11:31 AM (edited) in all my other worlds I've found them EVERYWHERE but in this one I cant find a single one and I've been looking for hours. Maybe they failed to spawn? I've already had a few other bugs with this world but I'm enjoying the seed otherwise and would rather not restart. Edited Tuesday at 01:14 PM by Autumn williams

AutumnCreature22344 Posted Wednesday at 12:09 AM Author Report Posted Wednesday at 12:09 AM yeah but there should still be one type at least right? I've looked over multiple biomes as well im not really sure what to do

I can't say that I'm all that familiar with butterfly spawns, but some areas just aren't as likely to have them as others, even if the conditions are otherwise right.
dakko Posted Wednesday at 02:50 AM Report Posted Wednesday at 02:50 AM (edited) You may be right @AutumnCreature22344 Just went into my world created in 1.22.3, walked around for a good long while and nary a butterfly to be found. Might be worth reporting it at the Issue Tracker. Edited Wednesday at 02:51 AM by dakko 2
dakko Posted Thursday at 03:21 AM Report Posted Thursday at 03:21 AM Oddly, was looking again for butterflies while playing tonight - didn't see any in maybe half an hour of playtime. Then exited and re-entered the game, and 2 butterflies immediately flew up right in front of me! I mean, almost seeming to emerge right from under my feet. I've never had this happen before. No idea what caused the change. @AutumnCreature22344
