  1. I was considering that for sure, but in the end decided that heads might make for more interesting decor.

Sounds like server lag - thanks @Nozarati , @Tech_Rabbit Could not recreate: disappearing fish. They will pop off the hook then just go poof before I can pick them up. Maybe ice related? - thanks @Willrun4fun
  3. @Lich Yes, thank you for reporting that! As I was preparing for the new release, I did discover that that model had both male and female ram heads in it. I have fixed it!
  4. Bump. Added German translation courtesy of Kiava over on the VS Discord. Thanks Kiava!
  5. Hi Willrun4fun, Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely take a closer look at that and see if I can recreate it. What *should* happen when you remove a fish is: 50% of the time it goes straight into your inventory 50% of the time it flies off the hook and lands somewhere nearby and typically in the water (because, you know, they're slippery!) Because fish of the same type can stack (if they have the same'ish expiry date), it's possible that they are stacking and you're not realizing it. Or it could be a bug too!
  6. Nothing as fancy as .tfedit I'm afraid. .reload shapes *might* expedite things. Or <Ctrl><F1> as a last resort. Aside: I also use .bsedit a lot, and I also use the ~ key often to adjust time of day/month and other in game settings during testing. https://wiki.vintagestory.at/index.php?title=Modding:Modding_Efficiently
  7. Hi Avos, Are you talking about this mod? If so, it *looks* like @Mr1k3 may have already addressed that issue. Please try this exact pattern:
  8. Thanks Mikul, your kind words mean a lot! The Twitch community has been a welcoming place with a lot of fantastic people, yourself included!
  9. Right click to pick up sticks, flint, and rocks. Do not break them and then pick them up. Look for sticks and flint and rocks that are sitting on dirt. The temperature must be between 0 and 35C. You should find lots of worms in one hour.
  10. Glad I could inspire @jakecool19. You've been churning out some amazing stuff. Kudos to you!
  11. Thank you so much for the translation @Evil Toaster! I've added it to the mod.
  12. I am SpearAndFang#6757 over on Discord. I should have mentioned that I only mod for fun and in my spare time (and make no money from this hobby), so please don't consider this an employment opportunity.
  13. Thanks @Ledyanaya Sonya! I had no plans to rework textures, but if you are willing to help out I am ALWAYS looking for people to contribute to my mods. This stuff is very time consuming and I am not an artist, so I take a lot of shortcuts along the way!
  14. Thanks @samkee00, I must have missed something when I added the perch recently. I'll fix that up!
  15. If you want ALL of the deets, I did reply to Hexedian yesterday and gave him a relatively complete run down. The cat is officially out of the bag!
  16. Yeah, I'm trying to create some translucent blocks there, but they currently have that weird side effect. In my defense, they are still creative mode only blocks and WIP!
  17. Eww. I'll have to see if I can replicate that crash. But you need a little more.. And if you're still missing a piece of the puzzle, then.... And if you've read the book, you may be able to glean that... I really need to make those setups a little more obvious.
  18. Gosh, thanks @Tech_Rabbit. It means a lot!
  19. Wow! This is incredible @ZigTheHedge! Such original, creative content. And the presentation is top notch. Great stuff!
  20. I've made a note on my roadmap about the smoked meat/jerky strips so I don't forget to revisit your comments. Will also implement the fillets as per your suggestion because I like it when things make sense!
  21. Well that's a question I cannot answer. I've watched a number of server streams on Twitch and seen my pelts laying around, but I'm not entirely sure of the versions being used. I'll ask around...
  22. Pelts are a hide and a lump of fat in the crafting grid (followed by a bit of a wait for the transformation to happen). Worms are found under sticks and rocks that are sitting on dirt, but you have to right click pick up those sticks and rocks, NOT break them and pick them up!
  23. Thanks for reporting this Nozarati - it seems like there's a few problems with my molds so I'll do a deep dive and see what I can find out.
  24. Hey Boomer Bill, glad you're enjoying the mod! That's a lot to unpack, so I'll be brief...the smoker is still very much on my to-do list, but I'm now leaning towards a primitive pit smoker with a similar mechanic to making coal. Haven't even started on the specifics because I really want to try my hand at making a raft first. A fishing rod isn't on my radar at all. In fact if it isn't something relatively simple, I'm trying to avoid fishing at this point. Fishing will be coming to the vanilla game and perhaps sooner than later, so I don't want to invest a lot of time just to have it become obsolete. Point taken about the fillet, I'll tidy this up a bit, probably by making the catfish output 2 fillets.
  25. Yeah I can do that. I've added to my next release to-do list.
