  1. Does it make sense for the lanterns to cost two ingots and a full block of glass? and then for lining another two ingots? That costs as much as 4 tools... Is there a purpose for the lanterns to be so so expensive? Couldn't there be a new crafting recipe that costs one ingot per lantern and half an ingot per lining? If this is a bad Idea, please say...
  2. Is there any documentation on raising your rank? Is it just a function of posts and comments?
  3. In 2016, Colored lights were added to the game. It is mentioned in the VS Classic demo and there is a video demonstrating the lighting on youtube. https://info.vintagestory.at/classic The Youtube link https://youtu.be/D0_M4b9_1TQ?si=vzV5zZOrlru9uAOi What happened to this? Was it removed from the game? Thanks.
  4. Good Evening. I am attempting to utilize your spiles to farm resin, however I am having difficulty. The spiles seem to randomly stop producing fresh resin? this happened on my creative test world when I was messing around with Time. Destroying old spiles and placing new ones seems to fix the issue. I only noticed this after leaving the world and returning. also, spiles didnt work on oaks, but did work on pines. I assume this is intended. After the buckets, barrels, and bowls are filled with resin, I am unable to find a way to remove cured resin from buckets and bowls. I can remove resin from barrels by breaking the barrels. No such luck with buckets and bowls. How should i be removing cured resin from buckets and bowls? do i not understand something? I asked a similar question on the expanded foods mod page. Thank you.
  5. Turns out, I just needed to break the barrel with resin in it to separate them. Yay. Not sure about the bowls and buckets tho.
  6. That is basically what I am doing, just worried that this may break something down the line. Dont want to rebuild the roman empire only to corrupt the save when i try to make schawarma. Im not even running Herbarium or any wildcraft related mods since they are not ready yet. Side note, do you know how to cure resin from the spile this game adds? I have been trying to figure it out in a creative world, but I cannot seem to remove the resin from whatever bucket, barrel, bowl it cures in. I also dont know if i am doing anything right in general so... I commented abt this on the mod page under a day ago.
  7. Hello. I am using this mod fine in my game, but on every load into the world, I get a long list of client warnings about wildcraft and wildcrafttree textures not being found by this mod. The game seems to be running fine, but I did some research and it seems to me that wildcraft is depreciated and is being replaced by something called herbarium? is there anything i should do about these errors? new to modding vintage story.
  8. Would it be possible to make a mod about player enforced stability? For example, tier 1 would be a crappy "stability torch" that stops any loss of stability within a 8x8x8 area for 48 hours. Tier 2 would have a better stability torch that lasts longer and covers 16x16x16 area for 168 hours. It would also have a stability reservoir that replenishes stability in an 8x8x8 area permanently. However, if a player is within range of a reservoir and not a torch, the reservoir does not regenerate stability and only halts it. Basically you need to be within the range of both a torch and a reservoir to regenerate. Tier 3 could put them together for 32x32x32 area permanent regeneration. It could also have really expensive 8x8x8 drifter prevention device that only last for 1 storm to be used in bunkers and storm shelters. Tier 4 could have a 64x64x64 permanent stability and regeneration and a permanent 8x8x8 drifter prevention device. Is this possible? is it already done and i am stupid? Is anyone willing to do this? Thanks
