That should be around 72 bush meat, 10 fat, at least 3 large pelts, and 4 huge pelts. How far off was I? Even if the trader expedition wasnt a sucess, that is in my eyes a great side hunt.

Bowls with hot food (over 100 deg celcius) are too hot to handle with the hands now. It works normally once the temperature gets around 90 deg celcius and below

I find it hilarious how the boars suddenly go into Warp 6, and learned how to fly, and teleport so far away that they are gone with the wind within 2 seconds of you trying to hunt them.

I would say that they intended the seeds to be cooked in a meal. For now, lets treat it as an unintended bug.

Even a bad map can have its upsides when you look at it differently. But I do agree, some maps are just plain horrendous.

@VratislavAssuming you have that map, or seed still. You can locate the spawn points for the wolves, and set pit traps there. Endless supply of meat. The bears will be a little bit harder. But nothing a pit trap cant solve either. And since you need not just meat, but the fat and pelts as well, that map is a win win in my eyes.

Unless I plan copper spearheads or find one in ruins or pottery, I myself don't bother much with copper spears. Or anything copper for that matter unless absolutely necessary. And mostly for nails and strips only.

Its a solid suggestion. The wire frame is not always clearly visible. I have that problem when knapping stones outside when not under shade. Easier when its dark.

Actually I like the idea of the trees.

I generally start milking at gen 1. Troublesome, but doable. Gen 2 is easier. And Gen 3 you really start to get milk with minimal effort (relatively speaking). Gen 3 imo is the best point to start milking, and increasing the domestication level as you go.

I agree with you regarding the meat drops not proportional to the size of the animal. Fortunately you can install R.Meat or Butchering. Real Meat is another option (although I havent played with that one yet). Word of advice, when dealing with those mods, make sure to install Primitive Survival as well. You'll need the smoker mechanic.

Its an initial mechanic, and bound to change as they get back feedback. Wait for the final release version when its more locked down.

2'nd chapter still being worked on, and the game is still in Alpha. with 1.22 in pre release. I am more than happy to wait for them to finish their vision for what they have in store for the game.

I would say that sounds like a bug. Unless of course, the food in the bowl is still hot, and that was an intended change to make people to wait a bit for the food to cool down. Which sounds like it was what happened.
