As mentioned in the bit of a run on title, I want to try and see how many people would care for a historically themed server that would accompany themed mods for the historical time period as well as a custom-made map of the area appropriate for the setting. For example, if the historical setting was the English civil war, it would be a map of England + the surrounding areas like Wales, Scotland and Ireland. The server would also logically be Homo Sapien-ish, with an economy based around a rough estimation of what would make sense for the time like agriculture or industrial production (admin shops would assist in this). If you would be interested in this, please add as well what you would like to see in this either that I have mentioned or I have not to try to help me out with what should be implemented.
  2. Far as I am aware, there isn't any way to mute certain players or to have a even a clientside chat filter, don't wanna ban anyone for just saying dumb things but I also dont want people to be spamming/saying stuff they shouldn't
  3. I feel like its pretty strange how such a simple mod like just basic horses, like an elk reskin, hasn't been done yet, I'm sure that a lot of people would love it.
  4. The current player movement feels a bit floaty. I'm not sure of any other way to describe it, but others I've talked to have said that it feels like they're on the moon. I don't know whether this is the speed of the character, or the jump height, or if it's how fast the player falls to the down. Regardless, the movement of the character doesn't fit what I think to be the rather realistic and gritty theme of the game. When you move, you feel like you're jumping on clouds and not trying to survive. I think it would be great if the movement for the player matched this more and was a bit more realistic.

Im looking for people who are interested in contributing to a project about starting a server that would not only be deeply historically based, either in a particular setting or with a myriad of historical settlement options, but also would back this up with serverside mechanics similar to those used in Geopol servers in the other block game. This would require a custom made server side mods to be made for the server, along with other immersive/balance specific mods regarding which setting is chosen. A custom map maker is already in the works so thats no worry but modellers, modders, animators, and or really anyone interested in a project such as this would be welcome and could definitely contribute no matter your existing skills. The long term vision is for eventually, to have server run wars and sieges that would be accurate to the setting of how they would play out. For example, if the setting is 1300s France, to attack a settlement, ideally, you'd want to set up a siege camp and starve out a fortress rather than just endlessly charge at it. This would be incentivized via multiple gameplay mechanics like intensified starvation or something of the like. Along with this, larger pitch battles could be done where multiple sides agree on a time and place, bring a lot of people, and use real world stratagems with a custom combat system that would be tailored to line combat to fight out for supremacy on a battlefield. This alongside peacetime options to create a Kingdom or some other state and other mechanics to encourage building setting and period accurate villages/cities/castles or any other such thing.
