Pitarik Posted September 11, 2019 Report Posted September 11, 2019 I cannot understand how to put food inside crocks or making jam from berries, i don't even remember if it was written in the features for 1.10.0. Thank you.
redram Posted September 11, 2019 Report Posted September 11, 2019 I haven't used crocks yet, but iirc from what other shave said you can either right click the crock on the pot of food, or vice versa. Then seal it with fat/wax (wax only in 1.10.5 and up). Jamm is 2 slots honey plus 2 slots berry.
Pitarik Posted September 14, 2019 Author Report Posted September 14, 2019 Yes i did it at least, thanks anyway.
City Builder Posted October 8, 2020 Report Posted October 8, 2020 Sorry for necro... I've created two fired crocks but my only options is right click to pick it up. Maybe I can't store just berries in a crock? Or is there another step once the crock has become fired before it can be used? Thanks

redram Posted October 9, 2020 Report Posted October 9, 2020 Actually you can also store pickled vegetables. They even have their own icons for the jar label, per vegetable. But nobody ever does because why would you when you can store an entire cooked meal, and avoid the pickling process?

redram Posted October 9, 2020 Report Posted October 9, 2020 Not to my knowledge. I think just all meals have the same label. Maybe jam is separate? Not sure.
junawood Posted October 9, 2020 Report Posted October 9, 2020 Nope, at the moment they're the same. Okay, I'm gonna post that in the suggestions.
