Ruyeex
Is there any site that calculates the armor you're wearing and the amount of dmg and protection and attack tier?
Maelstrom
Not to my knowledge because (to my understanding) the various combat factors make it difficult to calculate damage.
idiomcritter
the closest thing I've found is what's in the wiki https://wiki.vintagestory.at/index.php/Armor and the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-A6mKrrxCYrYdg3FKdw_13U9ls46fkl9rAF8Z7PE-0Y/edit?usp=sharing

The spreadsheet can be inconsistent I hear you, its a hot mess to pull apart Quote The armor system is extremely complicated, with eight variables governing each armor piece's protection properties. The most important variables are relative and flat protection, and protection tier. Those three numbers are most of what changes between armors. In total the variables are: Protection tier Relative protection Per tier relative protection loss for high damage tier Per tier relative protection loss for low damage tier Flat damage reduction Per tier flat damage reduction loss for high damage tier Per tier flat damage reduction loss for low damage tier High damage tier resistant and then add in the player class that can further complicate the effects I do look at the damage log while playing the game to check on what things have caused damage and to what degree
Maelstrom
How do you pull the damage log? I too am interested in analyzing things a bit to improve my gameplay.

Michael Gates
If you hit TAB, the log/console comes up, and "Damage Log" is one of the (other kind of) tabs on that.
