Squeeze honey in Fruitpress

Squeezing honey one comb at a time into a bucket is fine early game, but there should be a progression towards more efficient means.
Allowing extraction of honey from comb in the Fruit press seems like a really low-hanging fruit. Would be a nice quality of life upgrade.

Yes.  Honey can be squeezed in a fruit press as of 1.19.

If you can, there's some mod that adds that feature, it sure ain't vanilla.

To me, requiring a knife to be held in the offhand slot in order to extract the honey would make more sense--slice open the comb and let the liquid gold drain out. Squashing it in a fruit press seems like it would make a waxy mess.

There do exists rotational honey extractors for standard wax frames. It would be fun to have more advanced beekeeping methods using frames and then connect the device (I don't know English term) to the wind power with speed-up transmission. The mechanics is quite simple, so it would be plausible in the game.

I don't know anything about IRL honey extraction, but this rings true.
