I noticed when I pause, everything stops.. except for the change of seasons. I paused the game and walked away from my computer, then I couldn't get back to it for 2 or 3 days. When I came back, I was still paused, hunger and health full, right where I left my character, still on day 6 or something.. but it was winter, and I was freezing!

Happened one more time after. Plus, the game wont play through my bluetooth speakers or headphones unless they are connected and on BEFORE launching the game. Very strange!

Yeah, its weird. but you can also change the sound source in the sound settings after the game has already started. I was thinking about making a bugs report on this, since its unusual for modern games

Ok, that is really odd. I mean I sort of vibe having the game paused for a couple of days (not sure if you mean IRL or in game) as my adhd has that effect on me. I'll be in the middle of something, think "ooh, I could do a coffee", go make that coffee, then get sidetracked only to return many hours later realising I'd literally just stood up mid game (without even pausing) and walked away.

I know this isn't the answer, but I'll put it in here anyway, there is a time stop command, /time calendarspeedmul

What's nice about that command is that you can set it to 0, sit on a hillside and watch as the world continues as normal (day/night cycle, animals, clouds/weather, etc) but the date ticker will no progress at all.

Welcome to the forums! Yeah that's weird. Sounds like it's time for a bug report, as that doesn't seem like intended behavior. Just to make sure though, are you using mods that could affect that behavior? Whenever mods are involved, the first thing typically asked on the bug report is "does the issue occur without mods".

That's interesting. I do use that command to give myself a longer day but never thought to set it to 0.

There is a true stop command though:

/time stop  Which is countered with /time resume

Whup- sorry! Thank you for the tips and feedback y'all! :) I'll send a report if I can reproduce it with all mods disabled just to be sure, but I think the mods I have are pretty common/popular.. we'll see!
