MrBryMan
In my opinion, it would be nice to add the ability to get maple syrup and use it as an alternative to honey. first you need to make a primitive gutter with a hook from sticks and grass. then a bucket is hung on it and ... we wait. the sap of the tree gradually accumulates in the bucket. this juice is useless on its own, but it can be poured into a pot and boiled to form a candied syrup.
Domkrats
Birch sap could also be an option. But that would be more necessary if thirst is added into game.
AngryRob
I would like to see that, as well as rubber trees.
Prin
I'm bumping this, because I love this idea. Other things to consider would be a method where resin farms might be made, rather than relying on hoping to find the odd pine tree - while I understand why it's that way, it's not very realistic.

Saricane
I totally agree with maple syrup production chain. As soon as I saw maples, I thought syrup.

LOL, I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw one and was all, "Ima tap that."
