I wanted to suggest an auto run hotkey and the ability for the game to recognize extra mouse buttons, for easier one handed play!

Hey, there is hotkey toggle for sprinting. It's somewhere under settings.

You can use AutoHotKey for all those remaping problems. I have already answered a similar question here.

well yeah but, that takes having knowledge of this tool and the time it would take to set up that would make playing the game as a disabled person more difficult, if the devs care about accessibility, this would be the right call.

I'd like to add, an option where you can click instead of hold the mouse button (for things like tree chopping). holding the mouse button down for a long time really does a number on my hands, and it doesn't add anything to the game.

This is especially annoying when you're going through a whole stack of grain in the quern.

+1 to this. I've been asking for toggles (at least options for toggles) to replace the need to hold down the mouse button for ages because I have chronic wrist problems. I know there are third party programs that can do it but it's a lot of extra work to set up something like that, and hopefully it wouldn't be too hard to add it to the game itself.

Download Toggly mod. It was made specifically for this reason.

The game expects you to hold controls down for way too long which makes the game physically painful to play.
