When manually planted as a seed, do trees continue to grow after their initial growth stage? Seems to me like pine and birch do not while oak and maple do. Windego Posted November 11, 2021 Report Share Posted November 11, 2021 As far as I know in the vanilla game they do not. They have the respected growth cycles of planted seed->sapling->tree respectively but stop growing after the last stage. I've personally never seen any tree grow once it's progressed past sapling stage into a grown tree. However... There is a mod that does change how trees grow in a dynamic way, which means they will have 5 growth stages past sapling as well. Meaning you'll eventually have bigger trees. Planted said seeds separately and chopped down 1x1 redwood trees.
