SO there is no current way to have time progress while no one is on?

How do I get my MP server to keep running even when people are offline? I have a server for family but really want time to pass even though no one is on as we don't play a lot.

How do I add large amounts of water to a poo, or small lake? I have approx. 15x13 4 deep area I want to fill with water. Is there a simple way to do that without clicking on every single block to add the creative water block to?

So, I ended up uninstalling and reinstalled and could not get it to reinstall (kept getting a .json error). So, I uninstalled, then rebooted my computer, and then reinstalled and now everything works fine.

Played for about 9 hours. Tried to log in and got this weird error. World will not load or when going into repair mode. latest version when made and loading currently.

I am trying to figure out what is the lowest hunger rate setting for my server. I am using the /worldconfig playerHungerSpeed [0-10]. Is 0 the lowest setting? I used is but my hunger is at 132% for some reason.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, as well as updated to newest version and still same error. Multiplayer is fine, just can't load a single player game.

Yeah I watched this one, and though it is instructional, for some reason I find something in it lacking. It's still a good video, I just am still a bit lost on the subject. Maybe I will have to make a world and switch back and forth and play with the propick to see if I can figure out how to do it. I am looking for a simple way to try to find them. Maybe should I clear the dirt away from an area to search, search an area that I can dig down through after getting decent readings, and then climb back up via dirt blocks or ladders if it did/didn't pan out? Is a 9x9 area decent to search and then dig down the middle of it? Just not sure.

So I had no internet for 1.5 days due to an outage and tried to play single player mode...started loading and then got this error: something went awry, please check program log. I have no idea what that means and it has never happened before. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Streetwind, a video showing how to do those methods would be a huge help to most folks here. I can understand basically how to do would you showed but until I see it done I have difficulty applying it, make sense? Even if it was a short video but something that was done in survival mode would be amazing!

Are the servers offline for some reason? Can't log into either one.

I honestly think you would get more players to stay if it were easier for them to get into the game. I see how the voting results are so far but please keep in mind the voting for the most part is from players who have played awhile and are now past the try to survive stage, not from new players. Maybe as part of them purchasing the game, ask them after their first 2-3 sessions to rate the game with how for they progressed, how they feel about it atm, etc. That might get you a better feel for how important keeping those new players is. I have seen numerous times on multiplayer one or more new players pop in, play for a little bit and then just leave and never see that player again. Just my two cents.

As far as I know Elkahuna you no longer need to be whitelisted. You should be able to log in successfully if you use the correct server data and ports.

Yeah just figured out that where I built my base has a constant temporal flux downward. DO after the storm it would continue to decrease. After leaving the area I found a spot that evened out and eventually had to rebuild a new home there.

So my multiplayer server just had a temp storm. Now my temp stability keeps going down. Will it eventually disperse? It is right at my home.

Ok looking for a recipe list that shows the ingredients. Cant seem to be able to build a slaughtering axe and for the life of me dont know what else to try, thanks!
