  1. @RivketsDid you figure it out?
  2. You managed to duo just fine but when you added 3rd person you had issues. Maybe its a bandwidth issue? I have a problem hosting almost any server for more than 2 other people due to my upload bandwidth being garbage. When you host it your self you use no bandwidth for your self since its on your local network and you would join with 127.0.0.1(if its on your computer)/192.168.x.x(if its on another server in your house replace X.X with the IP of that machine) where everyone else would use your internet IP. Every person that joins from outside your home will use your upload bandwidth. Depending whats going on in game it can use very little or lots. Exploring and teleporting uses lots typicaly because it has to send lots of data to players. so do a speed test to see what your upload bandwidth is. You can use task manager to view the bandwidth rate as you play to see if its reaching that limit.
  3. Thank you for using my mod! The adding cost to warping could easily be done. Physical warps would be a lot harder to do and a pop-up list would only be do able with the client having a UI mod. I can def add an option for consuming a temporal gear per warp/home. Would you be able to PM me your server address? I love to check out any server using my mod.
  4. Mod Updated to 1.2.8 -Added /findore [Distance Down] command. If you are tired of the default prospecting system i have a solution for you. Easy mode prospecting has arrived. It will tell you what ores are found in the given distance starting at the block you are standing on going down 1x1. Since ores are generated in a disc you should have no problem finding the ores you are looking for. NOTE: This will also consume durability on your prospecting pick to make things balanced as the pick is required still. Added a config to turn this feature off also. This will be the last update for a while unless bug fixes are needed. This update should work with all versions of 1.17+ unless something major changes.
  5. Mod Updated to 1.2.7 Added /ping command so people can see their ping to the server. Added /mute [player] and /unmute [player] so admins can mute naughty players(yes this also mutes /me with a troll message). Added config to turn off the mute system because there is a chance it might conflict with other chat mods. Added the ability to supply a max value when using RTP via /rtp [max distance]. Sadly the minumum is still 0 but ill try to figure out something in the near future. Fixed the max rtp distance to take into account the max size of the world so smaller worlds should work fine now from my testing hopefully. Made the default rtp distance lower so players are not thrown all the way to the edges of the world. If you want to go out further or closer use it with arguments. /pinfo [player] and /myinfo now shows if a player is muted. https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/55
  6. Mod updated to 1.2.5 Added /back command. The back command will bring you back to your last location before you teleported. Yes it works with deaths so you can get back to your body instantly. Note: This will be the last post on the forums for this mods downloads. If you wish to get more updated versions please visit the Mod DB page here. https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/55 I will however still post changelogs and answer any bugs/issues here.
  7. Mod has been updated for 1.16+. No new features have been added. 1.2.4 might not work on older versions of the game.
  8. Mod updated to 1.2.3 Added random teleport command via /rtp. RTP can randomly teleport a player anywhere on the map on ground level(not in the air). Added config to disable/enable random teleports. Added config for admins to bypass cooldowns. Admins can set unlimited amount of homes. Added useless /noclip command(Didn't realize it was a thing till after I made it. Might be fun to play with.)
  9. Mod updated to 1.2.2 Home cooldown now uses the correct variable. - Thank you SalteK for reporting it.
  10. I see where i made the error in the code. I recently reinstalled winblows 10 so i don't have my dev environment setup yet. Ill fix it monday on my next day off from work. EDIT: When you said rollback i thought you meant something with rolling back the server lol.
  11. Not sure exactly what you are saying. If you are running a dedicated server that is the correct place where the configs are placed because a dedicated server only has 1 world anyways.
  12. The VS Launcher is for servers that only use mods from the MODDB where the Server Launcher is for people who have custom mods that are not on the MODDB. It would be easy to add this to VS Launcher but TBH that launcher is bloated enough already lol.
  13. I knew i was forgetting to add something. I always forget the password lol. Ill add a way to add a password in the next update. I should prob just change server version to pack version. It might be a while for the update because i recently made a full switch to Linux and haven't setup my development environment for VS.
  14. Vintage Server Launcher What is Vintage Server Launcher? Im glad you asked. Vintage Server Launcher is a launcher that lets server owners easily setup a way to download/update server mod packs and join their servers with nearly no effort on the users side. All mods are kept inside the launcher and don't require the user to add any mods to their client at all eliminating the confusion of modding your game to play on modded servers. This launcher also has a PlayerMods folder for those client only mods that you don't want to have removed between server pack updates. Without further ado lets get into how everything works and how you the server owner can configure your launcher for your very own server. How does the launcher work exactly? Once you launch the launcher it pulls all the info from a permanent json file that you specify in the launcher settings. In this file you will be able to tell players what version the mod pack is and what game version they require to join the server. Once the player clicks Download/Update button the launcher will do the following in order. Delete the contents of the Mods folder. Download the zip file you provided in your json link. Extract the zip file with all the mods into the Mods folder. Delete the zip file to save some space. Will update the packs version number so you know what version you currently have. How do I set this launcher up for my users? Find a place to host a text file that you can edit using the current json example i have setup. I personally prefer pastebin since its free and easy to use. I highly recommend making a free account so you can just edit the file as you update your mod pack making it so users only have to download the launcher you provide once. Example: https://pastebin.com/raw/EJEJKjmV You will have to use a raw link from pastebin or a direct link if you are not using pastebin or it wont work. Download the Launcher and run it. Go to the settings tab on the launcher and paste the URL to your json file in the "Server Info URL" then click save. Zip everything back up or create an installer or any way you see fit to distribute the launcher to your users. Make sure when you zip up your mods its inside a folder called Mods. Screenshots: Note: Before anyone asks no im not using Windows XP. Its a Stardock Curtains theme. Download: Vintage Server Launcher 1.0.zip I hope you all enjoy and if anyone likes this or ends up using this launcher or has any issues please let me know down below or on the Vintage Story Discord.
  15. This tool is about to be released for all users so keep an eye out. Sadly i wasn't able to provide a way for a custom icon but i was able to make it so any server owner can download it and configure it for users without me doing anything on the back end.
