Welcome to the forums! If I'm not mistaken, once you update the game, the fish should spawn. I don't think they are entirely tied to new terrain generation, but I'm not completely sure. The wiki doesn't explain much because it describes things as if you were already playing this version of the game. If you want to wait for someone with deeper knowledge of how the game works to answer you, that may be better. Either way, there is the possibility to export your buildings as objects, then update the version, and import your base again so you don't lose it (if you want the new terrain generation to apply after updating). I didn't check if this was answered in another post before, but maybe you should search for it just in case.

This actually sounds good, like having them as an emergency food but with a bad outcome if done with bad timing.

Strange, but if you are playing in an unstable version these things are common or at least thats how understand it. I tend to only play in stable releases because of this. Also take into account your coputer specs, or if other games are crashing too. Sometimes is a hardware problem rather than a game's one. Hope I could help with something and good luck!

I've seen that now they use the issue tracker. I'm not sure how it works because I never used it but give it a try.

First of all, welcome to the VS forums! You can access the downloads from here, in the navigation panel you'll see the Client Area. Mouse over it and click download: It will take you to another page where you need to login with the credetialas of the account you registered for the game. You should've received an email explainig everything, just in case check on you mailbox, unwanted mail and spam sections to be sure.

You have a great point there, and I agree. Having two or more sizes of snares, maybe crafted with different materials, would be a nice addition to the game.

I think it would be nice to have the possibility to use snares as a way to catch adult animals, even if it kills them. The traps in the game are for small animals only, if I’m not mistaken, and are intended to catch them to start animal husbandry. I can see the possibility of using some type of snare to help kill wolves near animal pens, or as a form of defense, even against drifters maybe.

That sounds great! I’d also add some kind of tool for writing or drawing to the blueprint crafting recipe, just to keep the game’s realistic vibe, like when crafting the parts for a windmill.

For the few times I’ve used the forum so far, I’ve noticed it tends to behave like this occasionally, though I’m not entirely sure why. (Anyway it doesn't seem like a real problem so I just reload until it works ). Right now I’m having trouble uploading a profile picture, the page just doesn’t seem to accept any of the formats it asks for. I’ve tried JPEG, PNG, and others, but nothing has worked so far. So if anyone knows how to help me, I’d be grateful!

So I'm not the only one that uses bronze lamellar over Gambeson. In my case not (Only) because of how usefull or chep may be, but I like the look of it better too. Also pairs very well with a bronze shield!
