Why is my Forum Screenshot Upload Size Limited to 14.5kb?

It never used to be like this, 14.5kb is such a small size that I can't upload any images unless they're super compressed into a mess of pixels.
Does anyone know if I have messed up a setting or something? It used to be around 600kb, and now it's 14.5kb.

Maybe the forums are a little on the fritz? It happens sometimes. I've not had any issues with it today but if it just has the hiccups it should sort itself out soon.

tbh, I've never even used the forum's upload function. Whenever I want to share an image, I just throw it on imgur and embed it in the post.

There is a size limit for images you upload.  You can delete old images through your profile.
