UpHillCannon Posted October 7, 2025 Report Posted October 7, 2025 I've had a ticket open for roughly 24 hours now and I don\t want to seem impatient but I'm just curious about how long would a ticket take to get answered. I've seen online that depending on the problem and how busy the staff team is, it can take a few hours or days. The reason why I'm asking is because while looking through the forums, I found someone who had a similar problem to me and was able to get it resolved in a few hours. For anyone curious, I used the wrong email when buying the game and I don't know how to get a game key because of this. 1
LadyWYT Posted October 7, 2025 Report Posted October 7, 2025 Welcome to the forums! I think it depends a lot on the current workload of the support team, and what the particular ticket is. From my observations, it seems to take a couple of days for tickets to be handled, on average. Give the team another day or two, and you should have an answer.
IdiotSoup Posted December 5, 2025 Report Posted December 5, 2025 did this ever get resolved? I have a similar issue. 1

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be a resolvable issue, though registering the wrong email would have to be something resolved on Anego's side of things, unless one wants to buy another copy of the game. As for users not posting updates to their initial problems...honestly that's not terribly unusual. It doesn't mean that there was no resolution, just that the OP didn't bother to post any updates to the thread. 1

In my experience to this point, all issues confronted have been operator error, as is usual in life. But that's just me and my stupid realism. XD This game continues on with gusto and remarkable fun. I hope they bested their problems and carried on playing otherwise it's only their loss.
Diff Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 24 hours ago was a weekend, I'd cut them a little extra slack for that. 3
Vexxvididu Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 The player base has also exploded recently. 24 hours is not that long. 1
LadyWYT Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 In my experience the support team typically responds within 24-48 hours, though it can take longer than that to resolve the ticket. It depends a lot on what the issue is. The most common issues are usually pretty easy to sort out. 2
Thorfinn Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 My first ticket, back in 1.14 or so, was resolved in about half an hour as I recall, but that was also a much smaller player base, and I submitted it about 10am on a weekday, Anego time. Like @Diff says, make sure to think about their time zones and European holidays before getting too upset. 2
