  1. I don't think its off topic really. I always thought it was odd because the could've (should've) offered the option to make link right-handed for right-handed players it doesn't have to be a binary choice when we can have both, and VS can do good by us lefties by adding an option to make the seraphs left handed.
  2. Lol the old Link that is, Nintendo made link right-handed in Breath of the wild and Tears of the kingdom. Well at least we still have Chrono and Megaman
  3. I wonder if after flipping the horizontal axis for the characters if the existing animations would play just fine being mirrored. I really hope this topic get more attention so the devs actually consider. I know were only 10% of the population but with all of the cool customizations being added in the upcoming version Hopefully we can see a lefty toggle soon too.

  5. Love the upcoming material especially the new hairsyles and coral reefs I wanted to mention the box braid hairstyle should probably have some texture on the top of the head to represent the overlapping braids, similar to the dense rows style.

    I found my home here too. I found VS after looking into a Hytale video and seeing it mentioned in the comments section. What im wondering is what Tyron thinks, especially since I heard he used to be a Hytale developer. If VS could release and get updated in that time with this small team, Hytale not even having a beta out is kinda nuts.

  8. I'm trying to create a mod to create types of seraphs: thin, normal, and fat. I've already created thin and fat versions of what I want to be affected using the model maker, for example the chain mail armor (see below) ...\assets\survival\shapes\entity\humanoid\seraph\armor\chain\body.json I used the above file to create the fat and thin versions ...body_fat.json ...body_thin.json Which I'll have to add to the ..\assets\mod_domain\shapes\entity\... folder I need help with two things Getting a selector to show up on the character creator. That allows me to choose the seraph's body type (Normal, Fat, Thin) Using the selected value from above to get vintage story to use altered assets when running. Documentation on modding isn't that great and also seems out of date. I believe this can be accomplished with json only, as its essentially an asset swap.

  10. Hey, it be great to have a toggle when creating your Seraph to have the option to be left-handed. As a lefty irl were often forgotten about in the game world. If you're a lefty too, please reply
  11. when mining a ruin i got a block of "granite cobblestone" that was written in German? it wouldn't stack with the other cobblestone I had. Cobblestone is to the left a slightly different texture.
  12. Saw this video on MC render distance might be a good idea to consider something like this for VS while the engine is all in one place.
