  1. If the hosting service allows (as noted in the post above) then all you have to do is send them your save game. The single player game save file is the same as a multiplayer file.
  2. I just want to acknowledge your Dostoevesky reference. That was unexpected in this forum. I don't recall that in the book but its been 20 years. Ive still never made it more than 100 pages into the Brothers Karamazof.
  3. Its so mildly annoying when I have just one bloom left and I need just one more ingot and this happens. It's definitely a feature at this point.
  4. I use another barrel and mix up more lime/borax water then transfer it to the first barrel.
  5. Its just for looks. I was tossed up there are least one time before they fixed it. The first boss is easy to me, as long as you have healing items and don't wear player made plate armor. It was tougher when healing was interrupted. No armor is better than plate armor in that fight.
  6. There is definitely a mod that saves the bits for you. I havent made a mistake in a long time, so really once you get used to it the mod isn't needed anymore.
  7. I'm not even a "builder" and I think that some type of vannila quarry ability needs to be added. Maybe require steel tools so it isn't available right away and gives another reason to actually use steel.
  8. Kill more bears and make more armor!
  9. Unless they changed it, the salted meat works in meals.
  10. Another less efficient method would be nice. Salt is hard to find so it makes sense that it would be the "game" best option, but smoking could be a vanilla option that doesn't last as long or maybe loose some satiation. Maybe lock it behind bronze working to add more difficulty.
  11. I can't imagine how long it would taken me to realize that. I watched a YouTuber before I bought the game so I knew that going in at least.
  12. Oops
  13. #flateartisreal
  14. Check, I have admired them. I still haven't started that process in my current playthrough.
  15. I had a similar experience with Minecraft, my kid made me play it but I never loved it. Don't forget the other types of bronze you can make. Sometimes tin is hard to find but bismuth and zinc will be nearby. Also if you sift enough bony soil you can make a black bronze pickaxe with 2 gold and silver nuggets. GOOD LUCK!!
  16. Have you check both of these? I copied this from another post by idiomcritter Make sure you IP address has not changed. (https://www.whatsmyip.org/) and then checking if the port is still open (https://canyouseeme.org/)
  17. Have you googled your router and how to port forward? Some routers just suck.
  18. I wish. After playing other games where I can sort, lock inventory spots, and transfer like items to a chest with the click of a button it gets annoying doing it the manual way. Looks like I need to search for a mod though so that might be my fault.
  19. I like the idea after some thought. Early game it would be overpowered, but you won't have a mining bag until bronze if I remember right. At that time it would be a good reward and small time saver. Clay is usually so close to your base that this would probably only greatly impact fireclay or if you wanted blue clay and it was far away.
  20. I am always impressed with how much care they take to make sure games stared in older versions are still playable.
  21. I have a world that goes back to 1.18 and its fine. Terrain generation changes are the main issue. It looks janky when you hit new areas.
  22. Weird, I always have multiple pickaxes in my inventory when I do this and it hasn't been an issue.
  23. So true. I searched high and low in one world and then afterwards I found a hive 100 blocks from my base.
  24. Well at least your first go through was fine so you know what it should be like.
  25. Down with the Sinister people! No left handed seraphs allowed!
