if you haven't seen this thread, maybe this could fix it

i tend to prefer living in ruins, rather than building everything myself on one save, i fell through the ceiling of a large ruin with three beds, so i decided to host a multiplayer server for my friends for a bit

i agree because i really want to chisel the lines between bricks and boards u_u

if you're talking about something seeming to fall repeatedly, then you need to find the block it's actually sitting on for trees, you can just wait for leaves to despawn in the case of your windmill, i suppose it was on the tower somewhere

do you have a map of the server world? are you sure you're not just spawning in the gravel area to the south? it looks rather jagged

those look like will-o'-wisps from the primitive survival mod they're just cosmetic

i also don't know why they don't get it you want blocks to be able to fall straight down, but not sideways like minecraft sand and gravel

it sounds like alt is a quick way of switching between mouse modes, but i find it awkward to hold you can move i tend to leave containers open and just walk away, letting them close on their own when i get far enough

i'm hesitant to try answering that, but i'm also curious because i always play in immersive mouse mode does alt work the opposite way in regular mode, to let you control the camera instead of a cursor? i like using immersive mouse mode so i can open a container, walk away and open another ...if i switched modes, would alt allow me to do the same? but i like it, anyway would your woes be solved by switching mouse modes? then you can have inventory up and be able to look around

oof, let's see if i can organise my thoughts enough to ask this question it keeps getting rephrased in my brain, so it might not come out properly, but here we go... i've decided to start working on my own mod since i intend for it to require this (and aca, of course), i went looking through the files to see what i can use so i don't have to make my own i stumbled across a json called "breadstarter" and this surprised me because i can't seem to find any mention of it in the first post i searched the thread and found a few more mentions, but no real information a sourdough bread starter is basically the crux of my whole mod idea i wouldn't have bothered if i had known it already existed but in searching the thread, someone mentioned that the feeding of it was weird because you had to add more yeast also yeast isn't mentioned in the first post i guess it's my own fault for not being able to play in quite some time and when i do play, taking so long just to get a bucket that by then there have been updates and i want to start over whoops, i guess this wasn't so much a question as just rambling, sorry

what door are you using? this person was also having room problems, and fixed it by changing the door

personally, i think anything not picked up manually (so, anything broken into entities first) should automatically go into the pack, not hotbar and also anything picked up by right-clicking should go into a different hotbar slot than the one highlighted so i can pick up stuff without needing to scroll but that's probably just me

i'm definitely on the side of getting fewer seeds rather than killing my saplings irl i keep trying to grow trees, but of course they keep dying because i don't know anything, and it's just for fun with a bunch of random seeds i find
